Kia Ora and welcome to the Toiora Mindfit registration page. We appreciate your interest in the Toiora Mindfit Christchurch – a CLUB SOHK (School of Hard Knocks) program. 

Toiora Mindfit is an introduction to personal development created for anyone with a genuine commitment to making change and transformations in their life.

About the Program

The program will bring together a group of Kiwis from all walks of life and immerse them in an 6-week personal development experience.

Participants could be looking for support in overcoming a big setback, getting physical and mental health on track, improving relationships, overcoming bad habits or a sense of not feeling fulfilled in your life.

The main criteria is you’re committed to making a change and are willing to trust our team and process in helping guide you on a journey in pursuit of your goals.

What's the program format?

FEE FREE

First off, we’ve worked to ensure that this program is a Fee Free entry for the successful applicants - AWESOME! You'll receive a personalised workbook, T-shirt, participation prizes and personal achievement awards.

COMMENCEMENT

Toiora Mindfit is an 6-week commitment, running from 4-8 pm every Tuesday and Thursday. There is also a 1-day basecamp experience to kick things off running. The registration will be open until mid July run through towards the end of August.

DAILY SCHEDULE

Each day will be made up of some fitness and food followed by group facilitation and coaching. This will be blended in with some inspirational speakers, workshops, team activities.

There will be multiple challenge by choice activities where the team takes on an activity outside usual program hours.

GOALS AND OUTCOME

Toiora Mindfit is designed to help individuals commit to making change and transformations in their life, with a focus on setting and achieving personal short term goals and a longer term legacy.

The 6-week program finishes in a team challenge event, suited to the capacity of the group in the form of a ‘great race’.

Practice relationship management and communication skills including; providing and receiving feedback + understanding how relationship conflicts arise with strategies to overcome them

Gain powerful knowledge and technical support in setting goals for job hunting, health and wellbeing, relationships, work/purpose, and general pathway development.
